OUR PIECES

We sell curated resale furnishings, most in very limited quantities. Descriptions state each piece's condition in full. Photographs of the actual piece are included in every listing; some images are digitally staged for inspiration, as described in our Condition Standard. Minor variation between a photograph and the piece in person, including color rendering on screens, is not a defect. Natural materials, including marble, stone, wood, and leather, vary in veining, grain, and tone from piece to piece; that variation is inherent to the material and is not a defect. When a piece sells out, it is gone; a listing that remains visible after a sale is an error we will correct with a full refund.

Every piece offered by 43054 Curated Home is assessed in person before it is listed. Condition designations, including new, open box, upscale staging, and pre-owned, reflect that hands-on assessment and are made in good faith as determinations, not guarantees. Details such as color, fabric, finish, and configuration are likewise identified to the best of our ability, from labels, documentation, and direct inspection. Because many pieces have passed through showrooms, model settings, or prior ownership, and in some cases no longer carry their manufacturer labels, a determination may differ from a manufacturer's own classification, and minor variations from original specifications are possible. Customers are encouraged to review all photographs, measurements, and condition notes carefully, and to ask any questions before purchasing.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Freight and delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed before shipping, as described in the shipping policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where pricing or availability was listed in error; if we cancel, you will be notified and refunded in full.
