SCULPTURAL FORM, ARCHITECTURAL PRESENCE

Designed by Harrison and Nicholas Condos, the Byron collection from Restoration Hardware is defined by bold geometry, fluid curves, and disciplined restraint. Handcrafted of reeded American white oak, the Byron 4-Door Sideboard presents as a refined architectural statement—substantial yet visually light.

The contemporary silhouette appears to float atop a recessed plinth base, casting a crisp shadow line that enhances its sculptural presence. Vertical reeding across the doors introduces rhythm and texture, while a slender horizontal reveal provides a subtle classical counterpoint.

Finished in Light Oak, the surface is hand wire-brushed through an intensive, multistep process to highlight the wood’s natural grain and depth. The result is a warm, nuanced finish that reads clean and modern while retaining organic character.

IMPORTANT ARTISAN MATERIAL CALLOUT

PLEASE NOTE: The Byron collection is artisan made and intentionally celebrates the organic nature of solid oak. Natural variation in the reeding—including subtle cracking, splitting, texture shifts, and grain movement—is inherent to the design and material and is not considered a defect. These characteristics are consistent across the Byron line and are a defining element of its sculptural, handcrafted quality. No two pieces are exactly alike.
