This listing is for a full, unused 34-yard roll of Bantu Sky, a designer-grade upholstery fabric manufactured by Swavelle/Mill Creek and professionally finished by American Custom Finishing in Hickory, North Carolina.
This fabric was produced and finished specifically for Arhaus. Original production and finishing tags are included on the roll for full provenance. Rolls with direct mill-to-manufacturer traceability like this are rarely available to the public and are highly sought after by designers, upholsterers, and custom furniture makers.
DESCRIPTION
"Bantu Sky" is a refined, warm neutral with a subtle woven texture, versatile, modern, and ideal for elevated interiors. The weave resembles a linen-inspired pattern with tonal variation, offering both softness and durability. This construction is designed for upholstery applications that require strength, structure, and a clean, tailored appearance.
The roll is finished with Eureka/Back, a commercial-grade upholstery backing applied by American Custom Finishing. This professional backing system provides enhanced dimensional stability, crisp upholstery lines, reduced seam slippage, resistance to sagging and stretching, and added durability for high-use seating. A secondary production tag references a latex backing, which aligns with the latex-based stabilization components used in the Eureka finish process.
Suitable for dining chairs, accent chairs, custom sofas and sectionals, ottomans and benches, banquettes and built-in seating, upholstered beds and headboards, pillows and coordinated soft goods, and commercial and hospitality seating.
