The tabletop was manufactured in late 2021 and is considered lightly pre-owned. Overall, the table presents beautifully and has strong visual presence. The metal pedestal base is in pristine condition.

The tabletop shows natural wood checking and organic grain movement, which are inherent characteristics of wood construction at this scale and finish. A few minor surface imperfections were present and have been carefully touched up and blended into the finish. Due to the organic nature of the wood and the deep black finish, these areas integrate naturally with the grain and do not detract from the overall appearance.

The table is solid, stable, and ready for placement.
