CONDITION

Lightly used for less than one year, this RH Parisian Track Arm Sofa presents beautifully overall and has been thoroughly inspected prior to listing.

The Holland & Sherry Wool Twill upholstery remains in exceptional condition, exhibiting minimal signs of use while retaining its rich texture, elegant appearance, and luxurious hand. This premium upholstery is one of Restoration Hardware's most exclusive fabric offerings and is rarely found on the resale market.

During inspection, light cosmetic rubbing was noted on the upper and lower left rear corners where the sofa rested near a wall. The wear is minor in nature, does not detract from the overall presentation, and has been reflected in the listing photographs. Additionally, a small chip is present on the inside corner of one recessed wood block foot. Due to its interior location, the chip is not readily visible once the sofa is in place but has been noted for complete transparency.
